قد ثبت في الصحيحين من حديث أسامة بن زيد , قال : سمعتُ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : (( يُجـاء بالـرجـل يـوم القـيـامة , فيُـلقى فـي النـار , فتنـدلقُ أقتـابُ بطـنـه فيَــدورُ فـي النـّار كمـا يـدُورُ الحـمارُ بـِرحـاهُ , فيـطوفُ به أهلُ النـّار , فيقـولـون : يـا فــلان , مـا أصابـك ؟ ألم تـكن تأمـُرنا بالمعـروف وتنـهانا عن المُنـكر ؟ فيـقولُ : كنتُ آمـركم بالمعروف ولا آتــيه , وأنهـاكم عـن المنـكر وآتيـه )) رواه البخاري
تندلق : تخرج وتنصب بسرعة . الأقتاب : الأمعاء والأحشاء.

The Singapore stock market has alternated between positive and negative finishes through the last five trading days since the end of the two-day winning streak in which it had added more than a dozen points or 0.4 percent. The Straits Times Index now sits just above the 3,060-point plateau and it's likely to see a narrow trading range on Monday.
That strategy is the acquisition of a value-priced company by a growth company. Using the growth company's higher-priced stock for the acquisition can produce outsized revenue and earnings growth. Even better is the use of cash, particularly in a growth period when financial aggressiveness is accepted and even positively viewed.he key public rationale behind this strategy is synergy - the 1+1=3 view. In many cases, synergy does occur and is valuable. However, in other cases, particularly as the strategy gains popularity, it doesn't. Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
